Hubei Winner Textile Co., Ltd. was funded and founded in February, 2001. It now has 900 staff members, with an area of 102,000 square meters. It owns 50,000 spindles for ring spun yarns and 432 German heads for open-end yarns. It can produce 6500 tons of cotton yarns annually and the output totals 100 million Yuan in value. 　

Since the company was founded 4 years ago, Winner Medical Group has invested over 3 million dollars in stages to effect a complete reconstruction of the equipment of Hubei Winner. 10,000 spindles of mule frames were newly added and the equipment quality level has been steadily improved. The factory surroundings were renovated completely to create the garden style facility. The company established a strict quality management system and the product quality reached and exceeded the standards issued by the ministry and expected by the international community. It is the raw materials supply base of Winner Medical Group for the export medical gauze products.
