Winner Medical & Texitile Ltd. Chongyang is situated at Qingshan Park, Chongyang County, in Hubei province. Founded in 2001, it is a comprehensive medical and textile facility, a partially foreign-owned enterprise with $5 million investment, an area of 8.24 acres and over 700 staff members. It is equipped with 504 sets of domestic automatic spinning machines, 4 imported fully-automatic bleaching lines and 42 sets of processing equipment for finished products. It the Winner Medical Group facility having the longest production line, the strongest absorbent and bleaching capacity, and the most widely varied product lines.

It produces 9 million metres of narrow absorbent gauze exported to Japan, rolled gauze products with a volume of 10 million metres, 1 million metres of bandages with edges woven, and 50 million metres of gauze sponges monthly.
