The PurCotton technology reduces direct labor costs by nearly 90% and significantly decreases production cycle time versus traditional woven cotton gauze. Contract Production
We provide specialized production of medical dressings for customers all over the world. We assist them to develop new and old products and resolve production difficulties. The products our 11 factories produce have various configurations, among which there is nearly infinite flexibility. We have the ability to regularly meet customers' variable demands, resolve production difficulties and adapt to production requirements of OEM companies. The factories are fully equipped and include an increasing percentage of advanced foreign equipment, including gauze sponge bleaching equipment, sterile packaging machines, fully automatic gauze sponge folding machines, non-woven sponge folding machines , ETO sterilizers, and so on. The production lines are fully integrated, highly efficient and mechanically precise from weaving to bleaching and degreasing to packaging.
