June 28-29, 2008, the Conference “Countermeasures of China Medical Dressings Market” was held in Wuhan, Hubei. This conference was organized by the Medical Dressings Sub-Chamber of China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Medicines & Health Products (CCCMHPIE), and 30 delegates from 19 organizations in Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Hubei, and Beijing attend the conference.

During the conference, the medical dressings sub-chamber of CCCMHPIE was officially founded with the approval of PRC Ministry of Commerce. Winner Industries (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was elected organization appointing Chairman of the board of the Medical Dressings Sub-Chamber through an open vote.

The mission statement of the CCCMHPIE Medical Dressings Sub-Chamber is to lead the trend of industry development through self-regulation, protection of the mutual rights of the industry, information disclosure and industrial analysis, providing consulting services to guide its members in their export business, supplying new technologies to its members, and transforming the Chinese medical dressings industry towards more regulated scale enterprises.
