On September 23-24, 2006, Winner Medical Group Inc. (WMG) held the Fiscal Year 2006 Executive Session and the signature ceremony of Commitment Performance Letter for all the subsidiaries’ General Managers in Earl Resort Hotel, which is located in Dongguan.

In the fiscal year 2006, WMG successfully became a public company in the US. Mr. Jianquan Li, the Board Chairman of WMG, pointed out in the meeting that Blue Ocean Strategy challenges all companies to break out of the Red Sea of intense competition by creating uncontested market space that makes the competition irrelevant. It will always be important for the Company to seize new profit and growth opportunity by creating Blue Ocean.

At the end of this meeting, the General Managers of all the subsidiary companies signed the Commitment Performance Letters.
